The answers may surprise you. I’ve found that it takes an incredible amount of self-awareness, open-mindedness, and consideration to really understand success.

Here are the first 10:

  1. Going back to the field you worked so hard for in school, and doing a great job
  2. Happiness
  3. People
  4. Having balance in all areas of my life
  5. As I get older, it becomes less career driven and more service driven. The ultimate success won’t happen here . . . It is hearing “well done, good and faithful servant” when my time is done
  6. Prioritizing faith and family, and positively changing lives through good work. It is love, respect for all, joy and appreciating the moment
  7. Finding my “Why”
  8. Having my wife and kids’ love and respect for how I live my life
  9. Inspiring, motivating and leading teams to achieve their full potential. Seeing the result of these actions
  10. Faith, family, love,and balance

What is “Success” to you?

If you found this helpful or inspiring, I would love your feedback! Just hit the 👏 a couple of times. This helps me know what to write more about. My passion is helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses to experience sustained success.
