- Happiness
- People
- Having balance in all areas of my life
- As I get older, it becomes less career driven and more service driven. The ultimate success won’t happen here . . . It is hearing “well done, good and faithful servant” when my time is done
- Prioritizing faith and family, and positively changing lives through good work. It is love, respect for all, joy and appreciating the moment
- Finding my “Why”
- Having my wife and kids’ love and respect for how I live my life
- Inspiring, motivating and leading teams to achieve their full potential. Seeing the result of these actions
- Faith, family, love,and balance
