Struggling to Connect With Your Audience?

Don’t forget the journey you traveled to get where you are.

I see a lot of brands, business owners, entrepreneurs struggle connecting with their audience.

Generally, this is because we operate in a bit of a silo. It’s forgivable; day in and day out, we surround ourselves with like-minded individuals trying to reach the same goal- traveling the same journey. After a while, we are operating in an echo chamber.

Our intentions are good, but misfocused.

To connect in the best way possible, we must acutely understand the steps our client is in the process of taking.

Dig deep into these questions:

  • What problems are they facing? Why?
  • What frustrations do they have? Why?
  • What are they trying to accomplish? Why?

In our echo chamber, sometimes we forget to ask these questions. Moreover, we forget to get to the why.

To truly resonate, we must get to the root of the problem facing those we seek to help. While we may think it our solution is “too simple” it is likely exactly what our customer needs.

We spend all day looking at solutions, it’s only natural that we gloss over the knowledge journey that we have traveled ourselves.

If you found this helpful or inspiring, I would love your feedback! Just hit the 👏 a couple of times. This helps me know what to write more about. My passion is helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses to experience sustained success.
