I cannot even express to you how unhealthy this is.” Period. Hard stop.

No need to add, “likely to be.” It is not healthy. No reasonable human can operate with 3–4 hours of sleep on a regular basis.

Time and time again, studies have shown prolonged sleepless nights (under 6 hours) results in “intoxication at or near the legal limit (for driving).”

To preach this is irresponsible. To follow it is foolish.
